IDS earned the business to work in conjunction with two major property management companies as the system integrator of choice to manage the program rollout and facilitate the deployment with dozens of contractors and hundreds of electricians across the United States.
Considering that the scale of this project spanned hundreds of sites –each requiring attention to state and local building codes –we remotely coordinated with on-site contractors at each location to network lighting control, HVAC control, and various environmental monitoring systems. Our technical expertise allowed for accurate commissioning, proper documentation, and certification that all devices are calibrated to specification, keeping everything on schedule, providing real time reporting to stakeholders.

Based on our reputation, IDS was the only company the client bid out to manage the deployment of this 2 million square foot project as this Fortune 500 converted an existing structure into a massive corporate campus.
